Lizanne de Jong, is an Industrial Psychologist in private practice. She is also a Chartered HR Practitioner (Organisational Change Management) SABPP. Lizanne holds two degrees from RAU – a B.Com in Industrial Psychology along with a B.Com (Hons) in Industrial Psychology and a Masters in Commerce from UP. She specialises in organisational development, training & development, coaching, change management, diversity and various other interventions. She is also a registered coach with Comensa and is a member of various professional associations.
Lizanne has over 25 years of experience in facilitating, consulting and training in a wide variety of leadership and HR-focused topics. She has extensive experience as an entrepreneur of her own business, as well as having held a variety of management positions in leading corporate organisations.
On top of her HR management and leadership expertise, Lizanne is equally as passionate about the issue of diversity as well as the development and empowerment of women in the workplace.
