Most people involved in the construction industry know how to control costs, schedules and safety. But many people don’t know how to control and resolve conflict and disputes. The construction industry (more so than any other) is governed by a series of comprehensive contracts. Following on from our highly successful training courses that focus on the use of FIDIC and NEC respectively we now turn our attention to the JBCC Suite of Contracts.
