Allan Tarita has more than 30 years of practical experience, primarily in the oil & gas industry working initially with Shell Canada before joining Coopers & Lybrand and then PriceWaterhouseCoopers (Sector Leader Oil & Gas Portfolio).

He has developed and specialises in a holistic approach towards asset management and seeks the underlying true definition of maintenance and asset management – that both processes are in simplest terms no more that the art of successfully matching people to equipment and other assets within an organisation. And he has developed a reputation for combining tried and tested techniques with innovative new ideas to target change management, strategy, and strategic cost leadership from both an operations and maintenance perspective using real-life examples and experience to communicate these concepts.

Avril Culverwell

Avril Culverwell is an experienced facilitator who is passionate about adult learning and has demonstrated her abilities to communicate exceptionally while sharing knowledge and expertise with individuals. As an independent education consultant and a successful business coach Avril has engaged groups of course participants in experiential learning from blue chip organisations in the banking, engineering, petroleum and tourism sectors.

Avril believes that managing and coaching day-to-day employee performance is a MUST. And she certainly speaks from experience. Avril herself has over 35 years of corporate management experience. She has previously been a managing director, general manager, regional manager, sales & marketing manager within the publishing, environmental, clothing and aviation sectors.

Cecilia Cronje

With over 25 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, Cecilia Cronje understands that writing policies and procedures that work can be extremely challenging. But having worked for impressive and diverse organisations such as the Financial Intelligence Centre, Anglo American, the Office of the President and Colomer South Africa she understands that for any organisation to function properly, their policies and procedures must be clearly written and easy to understand and implement.

Cecilia says…“I have heard of many horror stories about how poorly developed policies and procedures have almost derailed many corporate companies! Her broad-base of substantial experience ranges from practical working knowledge on how to develop a SCM policy to SCM process mapping for private sector organisations as well as working with key public sector organisations to integrate the PFMA and BBBEE into their SCM departments. In addition to this Chantal was involved in the development of tender evaluation practices for a leading provincial tourism body in the Western Cape.

Coen Snyman
